Both these mail systems are capable of being synchronised to Blackberry's and other push mail technologies.
The beauty of that being that you have redundancy if your work systems go down for whatever reason you can still receive and send e mails from any location.
Using Google Apps, as do many major coroprations now even removes the need for you to pay for or house an expensive mail server in your offices or remotely.
Google typically guarantees uptime of 99.9%. Not bad!
Fax in and Fax Out
Built within the Proteus 2 system is a fully functional fax in system which means that your clients can fax your personal direct dial number and recieve that fax into your mail inbox.
That gives you the opportunity to save the fax within the Proteus 2 system, read and delete the fax or print it off for the file.
The only difference is - you dont need a fax machine. Your faxes will simply arrive where your e mail arrives.
Within the Proteus 2 system at no additional cost save for the cost of sending the fax itself, you can now send Word, PDF, TIFF documents from your e mail.
Simply by attaching the document to your e mail and typing in the fax number where you would normally enter the e mail address. Easy.
Time Recording
