Partnership Announcement | Penn Chambers Solicitors & Tower Street Finance

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Tower Street Finance. This new partnership means less stress for our probate clients.

Tower Street Finance is a Financial Services company (fully authorised and regulated by the FCA) whose products are aimed at the Wills and Probate sector.

They are the proud winner of "Innovation of the Year” at British Wills and Probate Awards 2020 with Inheritance Advance, their flagship product, launched earlier in 2020.

Penn Chambers now offers Inheritance Advance

Inheritance Advance allows the beneficiaries of an estate to access up to 60% of the money that they are due to receive far earlier than the 9-12 months that the Probate process allows Funds can be released pre-Grant of Probate, which can be life-changing for beneficiaries, especially in the current economic climate.

Secondly, the Inheritance Tax Loan – it does what it says on the tin and helps to unlock an estate.

These products can only be accessed where there is a Probate administration company engaged to manage the estate. Please

Unlike other financial products, there are no credit checks (as we are lending against the estate creditworthiness is not a consideration); no ongoing monthly repayments. TSF is paid back when the estate is liquidated; no charge on the property and no personal risk. For example, if the Will is contested, another beneficiary comes to light or property doesn’t sell for its intended price, there will be no clawback – this is a no recourse loan. We assume all the risk and recoup our money once the estate has been settled.

We are delighted to be working with the team from Tower Street Finance, making probate less stressful for our clients.

If you are going through bereavement, do not hesitate to contact our sympathetic and professional probate team. We are here to help.
