Service Status Update – London Office
We are currently operating with minor service disruptions due to an issue affecting an O2 phone mast near our City of London office.
Engineers are already investigating and working to resolve the matter. In the meantime, you may experience intermittent service while the issue is being addressed.

Status Level Grading System
We grade the level of service interruptions as follows:
GREEN
1 - Operating at optimum standards
2 - Operating at very high standards with very modest but noticeable deterioration of service levels which do not require any adjustment to the way in which we work with you
3 - Operating at a high standard with some noticeable deterioration of service levels which do not require any inconvenient adjustment to the way in which we work with you
AMBER
4 - Very modest impediments to the standard of service levels provided which may require some adjustment to the way in which we work with you
5 - Some modest and noticeable impediment to the service levels provided which require some adjustments to the way in which we work with you
6 - Some significant and noticeable impediment to service levels provided which require inconvenient adjustments to the way in which we work with you
RED
7 - Very significant challenges to our service levels with a substantial impact on service levels that require a significant alteration to the way in which we work with you that may require us to invoke our Business Continuity Plan
8 - Severe and significant challenges to our service levels provided that require a very different way of working with you and is likely to require us to invoke our Business Continuity Plan
9 - Very severe and very significant challenges to our service levels provided that require a new way to work with you and will require us to invoke our Business Continuity Plan
