About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time, on-site Family Solicitor. With our offices located in the City of London, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional to manage a diverse caseload of family law matters. Responsibilities include handling cases related to divorce, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements, child arrangements, and financial disputes. The successful candidate will also be expected to represent clients in court, attend hearings, and cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
Expertise in Family Law: A minimum of 5 years PQE with a deep understanding of Family Law and relevant legal knowledge.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
Autonomous and Team Player: Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding analytical abilities and a keen eye for problem-solving.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of casework.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
Qualified Solicitor: Hold a valid clean SRA practising certificate.
