Good news for those businesses which pay rents but do not pay business rates, thus missing out on Property Related Grants*.

Such businesses may be able to apply to their local authority for some funding to help with property costs.

3 levels of payments will be available:

- Maximum grants of £25,000

- Grants of £10,000

- Grants of under £10,000 (at the discretion of local authorities)

Grants will be available to small businesses (with under 50 employees) affected by coronavirus.

Please contact your local authority to find out if your business is eligible.
